Scheimpflug, I tighten you up
Let's watch a movie, let's watch a movie
I love you, Scheimpflug, I tighten you up.

I needed a break from painting.

That is all.

Ode to the optics

The lenses are clear

The Glycol is cloudy

Oh my Oh dear

The picture is hazy

And the optics are clear

The fluid has yellowed

It is looking like beer

It is not to my liking

This picture un-clear

Scheimpflug, my darling,
Scheimpflug, my dear.
When first I learned of you
I romanticized at discovering your mysteries.
Scheimpflug, who would have thought...

Scheimpflug, my darling,
Scheimpflug, my dear.
At first I wandered about for you.
Then I learned the cold reality*,
Scheimpflug, I found you...
and you are one tough bitch.

* Simple: bisect the angle between the tube face plane and the plane orthogonol to the main lens axis. Do this simultaneously for the horizontal and vertical planes and you are done. And hope some lout installed the plane of the screen perfectly parallel to the plane of the green tube face so that the rotational degree of freedom is not present.
