Do the XGs have any trim pots for adjusting any of these levels? Im not about to say adjust them, im going to say spray some cleaner in there and move them back and forth a few times, and stop exactly where you started.

Curt,
I replaced all tubes with new ones. I had a tech from the referral list come and do the setup. From raster setup on the floor to mounting the projector on the ceiling. All test patterns on all colors were bright and crisp. The rough video image before adjusting gray scale was damn good with all colors. As he started adjusting the gray scale, g2 voltages and other settings is when this showed up.
