I am curious why you chose Roomie over Irule and Demopad?

I spent about 10 hours building screens in irule and was less than 1/2 done and frustrated . It seemed needlessly complex and there was no support at all.
I heard some good comments about roomie, loaded it, and 2 hrs. later I was done!

There support is usually within an hour or two and there seems to be an upgrade every 10 days or so. While it doesn't quite have the full flexibility of irule, they keeping adding easy programming features that get it closer. Their ready-made equipment screens turned out to be better laid out than the ones I was building on irule.

Bottom line is - I love it, and am no longer searching for a replacement.
I didn't even need to teach my wife how to use it - It is that easy to use!

WOW, that is interesting. I know Itai tries to keep on top of everything, but maybe he is being overwhelmed. Doesn't ecrabb have some pre-configured screens? Crabb would probably want to hear your feedback since he is on the Irule team.

Remember that I am not very computer friendly and the extreme ease of programming was a biggie for me. Hell, you don't even use a pc as it is all done on your ipad. Think of a car with an automatic transmission in comparison with learning on a stick.
