Hello all.
Larry in Minnesota here. Just joined Curts forum.
I have a Sony 1272 projector with a switcher, dvd player, vcr. screen is 100"
Just bought a blue ray dvd, Curt helped me get the right item to hook up my new dvd player. He was alot of help.
I don't know the tech side of this gear, but if you're in my area & I could somehow be of help, please let me know. Thanks

Welcome to the forum, Larry!
My first CRT was a 1271, and my second and third projectors were a 1272 and 1252. Great machines.
Cheers,
SC

Hello larry!
Nice to see a new CRT member! The 12xx projectors are nice machines to work with, really easy to setup. They are probably the most user friendly CRT projector you could get!

Welcome! Go here and grab these documents and look for the related stuff.

The Sony 1272 is a great projector; I had a few over the years. Again, very good to start with and pretty easy to get a really good picture with a few hours of reading and messing around with it.
You will be suprised with the picture.
