Currently on sale for $199.99 during pre-order which is only $9 a movie! Tempting ... as I only own the last two on Blu-ray now ... so who's buying?
The James Bond series is turning 50 this year and to celebrate, MGM and 20th Century Fox have joined up to release all 22 flicks in one Blu-ray box set. Bond 50 includes some 130 hours of bonus features, including previously released extras and a few new exclusives. Check out all the details in the press release below as well as the video trailer.

What GREAT timing! I just bought Dr.No last week and I was going to see if I could buy the rest individually. This beats that.

It's not much cheaper. I get Bond blurays for $9.99 BUT they don't have all 22 or the box to put them in.

The UK version is 89.99L or about 137 bucks. If you have a region free player this could a better deal or it might be region free.
I might order the UK version I'm sure shipping wont even bring it over the US delivered price

from the reviews someone said its not truly the complete set?
Before you get too excited, please note that this isn't the complete James Bond collection, but just the complete Eon Productions collection to 2008. What you get are:
1. Dr. No, 1962, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Terence Young
2. From Russia with Love, 1963, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Terence Young
3. Goldfinger, 1964, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Guy Hamilton
4. Thunderball, 1965, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Terence Young
5. You Only Live Twice, 1967, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Lewis Gilbert
6. On Her Majesty's Secret Service, 1969, James Bond portrayed by George Lazenby, Directed By Peter R. Hunt
7. Diamonds Are Forever, 1971, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed By Guy Hamilton
8. Live and Let Die, 1973, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By Guy Hamilton
9. The Man with the Golden Gun, 1974, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By Guy Hamilton
10. The Spy Who Loved Me, 1977, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By Lewis Gilbert
11. Moonraker, 1979, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By Lewis Gilbert
12. For Your Eyes Only, 1981, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By John Glen
13. Octopussy, 1983, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By John Glen
14. A View to a Kill, 1985, James Bond portrayed by Roger Moore, Directed By John Glen
15. The Living Daylights, 1987, James Bond portrayed by Timothy Dalton, Directed By John Glen
16. Licence to Kill, 1989, James Bond portrayed by Timothy Dalton, Directed By John Glen
17. GoldenEye, 1995, James Bond portrayed by Pierce Brosnan, Directed By Martin Campbell
18. Tomorrow Never Dies, 1997, James Bond portrayed by Pierce Brosnan, Directed By Roger Spottiswoode
19. The World Is Not Enough, 1999, James Bond portrayed by Pierce Brosnan, Directed By Michael Apted
20. Die Another Day, 2002, James Bond portrayed by Pierce Brosnan, Directed By Lee Tamahori
21. Casino Royale, 2006, James Bond portrayed by Daniel Craig, Directed By Martin Campbell
22. Quantum of Solace, 2008, James Bond portrayed by Daniel Craig, Directed By Marc Forster
What you DO NOT get are :
23. Skyfall, 2012, James Bond portrayed by Daniel Craig, Directed By Sam Mendes - in the making, and due for release end of 2012, it's only natural that a collection released in 2012 doesn't include it.
MGM1. Casino Royale, 1967, James Bond portrayed by David Niven - the true original first James Bond film, but of course, not made by Eon productions and therefore not considered "the collection"
MGM2. Never Say Never Again, 1983, James Bond portrayed by Sean Connery, Directed by Irvin Kershner - the remake of Thunderball, which was splintered from the
Edit: Casino Royale 1967 and Never Say Never Again ARE James Bond movies, they're just not the Eon productions of it. Regardless of whether you liked or lothed it, they are still James Bond films, and some people do think of these two films as James Bond movies (especially Never Say Never Again, which had the same James Bond actor as many Eon productions' James Bond films)

Maybe a dumb question, but honestly don't know... Are UK BDs 1080/24p like US, or are they 25hz like UK DVDs were/are?

Drat -- it is up to $269 now. Sigh. I can't find anything on tech specs of the transfers and masters for these? I hope these are all new 4K or 8K transfers with 4k mastering, etc...not that it really matters to my decision to purchased the set, but would be nice to know these were all done anew. I re-watched my LD of the sound of music vs the BR I just got -- wow...and I'm at 1080i...
