That 104 is a little high, probably just a poor connection somewhere but it's for the green so we wont worry about it right now.
1 more test on that led board and we're done there.
Receiver plugged in and main switch on. DMM on DC. neg leed to CX101 pin 8 and pos leed to pin 7. Should read +5v.

We have already previously checked these lines. They are just gnd and +5v. You seem to have intermittent connection problems between here and the digital board. What was the problem before when you were going to run a jumper wire and then you found the problem?

There was a cable disconnected, it went to CX084 on the daughterboard that the digital board connects to. CX084 is in front of BB905s daughterboard connection

Also, I am looking the receiver over, and nothing else is disconnected, I am sure of that.

Make sure your DMM is on DC. Put your neg leed somewhere on chassis gnd and pos leed back in CX101 pin 7. Do you have +5v?

Mac, something is going on with the receiver... I checked board 3638-6 for the 6v and I am getting 0v, I am also getting nothing on CX101 at all...
I just thuroughly looked over every connection and everything seems to be in order

Check for AC input on 3638-6 at CX938 pins 1 and 3.

And no DC output on this board at CX054 pins 3 and 4?

Test ic406. DMM on diode, should test short.

That ic is just a fuse. Do you have any pico fuses?

Yes I do
Never seen an IC get used as a fuse, different

The question is did you accidently short something and popped the fuse or did that regulator go bad. Or how about you repair to that board. You may want to test ic405 to see if any legs show close to short. DMM on diode scale.

None of the legs on IC405 show short, or even close to short. it appears to be fine

That fuse is 0.6 amp. How close of a pico do you have?
