@Curt
I am actually working since 2009 in the Reballing Business.
Really would suggest you go IR.
The INT 732 is a very unstable beast, had it for a few months and only problems getting constant results.
I settled for an Achi IR PRO SC which i modded somewhat with the German Elstein Heaters.
Mainly i repair Notebooks and Game Consoles (done over a 1000 and counting)
There is a shop in the US which has the modded Version of the ACHI IR PRO SC which has all the ugprades built in.
This one ships worldwide: http://thebgastore.com/LYIRPROSCV2040theBGAstore.aspx
Just shout if you need more infos.
Cheers
Ronald

THanks for that, it's always good to talk to someone that has used these before, I appreciate that!

OK, if I'm lucky, I might just be able to order this in the next week or so. I'm going with Bodi's suggestion above:
http://thebgastore.com/LYIRPROSCV2040theBGAstore.aspx
A couple more questions, just because I'm new to this:
1) Check out the second video at the bottom of the above link. It shows that once the chip is removed and the solder pads are cleaned, they paint on flux and reheat the chip. They do not show any new solder being applied. Is that correct, or would I need to add a preformed bunch of solder balls prior to placing the chip back on the cleaned board?
2) They show no pressure being applied to the chip as it's being reheated. That's normal? No slight pressure needed to make sure all 80 or 120 pads get good contact with the board?

Awesome, thanks! I figured the video was missing the step of putting on the new solder balls. Time to stock up on XBox 360s to practice on! I've got 5 here right now...

Hey Curt,
Did you ever get that station? I'm planning on the same this year. It's all just part of doing business.

Not yet. The bastard on eBay flaked on buying the 909, so I've got to put getting it and the MetCal on hold. Once I sell that remaining 909, I'll order it.
