Not a good picture, but it should help understand my problem. This is with the convergence nulled, note the right side of the screen and center are both almost perfect. The left side of the red is way off, beyong being able to converge. Any and all help appreciated.

Try using the H width coils on the HDM to bring the width of the red in to better match the green.

before you do that make sure you have the right tool which is a special 2.5mm plastic hex wrench. IF you put metal in there it will glow red very quickly

Pivot the red tube image more to the right to align the left and right edges of the red and green crosshatch patterns. Ignore the center of the image, it will NOT be converged. This is with convergence nulled, both static and dynamic. If the edges don't align because of different widths (which it looks like you have) adjust the width coils as previously mentioned. You might have to adjust the green width out and the red in.

Thanks everyone, I did just as Scott described and now have a pretty good picture. I spent a lot of time with the mechanical set-up and was pretty excited to get the blue almost perfectly aligned with the green with convergence nulled, I was hoping there was some way to do that with the red also.

should look like this before any convergence is done. Note that the sides are lined up nicely but the R&B top and bottom are a little too tall. This is adjusted in the Utility's menu, service, RGB heights. (also needs re-adjusting after anamorphic squeeze mod)
