anybody could give me some advice on correcting my mistake as mentioned below ?
I have a dwin projector (which I like) Two weeks ago I got some trouble with the blue convergance . I read from the forum that the problem could be in the yoke connectors being corroded
So I bought myself some contact cleansing stuff and wanted to remove the yoke connectors. Probably curt is some kind of Superman , I couldn't get them off.
Being impatient after trying to get them loose , I thought , well ... with the little straw attached to the spraying can , I can spray these connectors from the top down without loosening them..
But you guess It leaked over a substantial part of the board now..
These contact sprays in theory are non conducting ? I thought now at this point it is wise to not turn on the projector before I got some advice in the forum ..

It is this cleaner (which the guy in the electronic store sold me as being ok)
(In Holland)
http://www.sos.sk/a_info/resource/pdf/ine/KONT60.pdf
After googling a lot , people are having mixed experiences with it to say the least.
It leaves some oily residu on the board. (Which can be cleaned by some other cleaner )
But I am wondering if this makes it worse. It is not that my whole mother board is dripped in the stuff but it leaked from the molex connectors in the vicinity around them. (There is a big condensator there)

You should be fine, but without taking the connectors off, you won't get any of the spray into the contacts where it's needed.

Ok thnx Curt ,
But this is probably a very stupid question , do you have a good tip , getting these connectors loose then?
I "broke" already a piece of plastic from the blue one trying to loose it with a screwdriver..
