TV/Projector: All of them!

Anyone interested in doing a potential system board swap out on an NEC in San Diego. I have a customer whose NEC system board died, lines in the pix, the 'scrambled mess'.

Either the set would need a full setup with a replacement system board, or some time could possibly saved by transferring the color balance values from his board to the replacement (if his will cooperate). Failing that, the NEC white balance setup with a meter and an AVIA disc would have to be done.

Any takers?

Thanks!

I'm not a true NEC system tech but I'm in San Diego and have plenty of board swapping and setup experience with my 9PG+.
Although I've read how to do it, I've never done a proper white balance setup with a meter before. I've always made sure that I'm not crushing blacks or whites and that the colors look accurate to the naked eye.

If you still need some one and you think I can help, let me know.
Cheers,
-Greg
