Weird thing happened today. The left edge on the blue lense is suddenly (not sure how to describe this) "warped". If I put up a grid test patterns, and adjust the left LIN, rather than the squares growing and shrinking together in a line, they seem to instead get all wavy in random ways. They don't move in proportion with each other.
The only thing I can find using my limited analog-projector skills is that it may be a HVPS issue "pulling" on the edges?
Since Curt's having a sale on bits and pieces, and this projector could use a new HVPS anyways, I'm hoping that's the issue so I can replace two birds with one stone. If not, what else could be causing it? Any other boards I should buy at the same time?

I believe it's arcing within the blue cable or down in the splitter. Try swapping HV leads between positions on the HV splitter. Since the HV feeds all three tubes equally, if it had the problem, all the tubes would be doing it.
