I came across two PG6's they were moved from one location where they were working great to a new location where they have a green tint. Looking into the tubes the red and blue seem to be defocused. Both units have the same problem after being moved where they did not before hand. What am I missing?

Post some pix of the images you're seeing.

Are you using the same source equipment? Have you done a new signal entry? Have you checked the AKB setting? Have you refocused the lenses and done a full setup?

Originally nothing had changed with the setup other than location. He did the basic setup. I am in the process of repairing the remote so that a complete setup can be done. Does it sound like something that should be resolved with a complete setup?

Did you match the same distance to the screen on both sites?

Just asking.

No the new room was not as long as the old room. If the tubes are adjusted would it still make a difference?

Several factors may have changed
you'll need to re-focus all over again, not just the lenses
