Hi, I have a problem with the Hybrid chip on a Barco 909 neckboard (part: R7630271)see the image attach, does anyone know letters, make, model, other information about it? thanks in advance

That chip is uniquic to the 909 only. Not sure who made it, or what else it was used in. I'm thinking it was designed specifically for the 909, since sanyo got out of the video power module business a long time ago.

If that chip is defective and you're looking into replacing it, you would also need to calibrate the entire neck board after doing so. That neck board design has about four pots on it for precise calibration. The two that are the most critical is the top and bottom limit circuits. If they are not calibrated properly or calibrated at all, you could easily get white peaking/clipping or black crushing problems.

I may be able to help you out with this, but no time soon. I'm knee deep on a project for awhile and would not be able to get back to this anytime soon.
