Hello everyone, the corner focus on my green tube is going to the dogs, less on a bright screen though.

Back when i did the astig on this machine, i could never get the green right no matter what i did, got the center pretty close, but edges were always abit iffy. Red and blue were alot easier to do, took way less time, and result was alot better. The red and blue are still right where i left them.

The convergence has not moved or even drifted one bit since i set it all up.

When i go into the menu and move the green focus, i now get flares going left up/right down, and at the other end of the scale they are the other way around, right up/left down...

Is it worth my while replacing the astig rings on the back of the green tube? Ive got 4 more here to try on some other tubes. Seems as though they have lost their pull. I always thought the green focus was poor compared with my friend's 9PG, which is sharp as a tack on the green.

What else could cause this issue on a 9PG?

Thanks in advance Smile

Ok, for all those who may be interested to know, i replaced the astig magnets on the green, and after resetting them, the picture is now sharp as a tack again.

The astig magnets that came off were pretty much useless.
