I have a NEC ISS 6010 that won't output from any of the 3 RGB output cards I have. Any ideas? Seems to power on and switch correctly, just no output. The output cards seem to get really hot after a little while. I switched power supplies, but that's not it. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I spent HOURS replacing capacitors on the output board. Had about 4 here in a row that were garbage, all from different customers. If you can solder, feel free to buy the $30 worth of caps, but I'm not doing them any more due to the labor involved, it's not worth it.

Humm ok. I happen to have another switcher that works. Maybe I'll try that Output board in that one. Or try these output boards in that switcher. If they seem to work in the other switcher then I guess I have a dead switcher on my hands Sad

Cliff had an issue with the screws in the power supply loosening up and causing problems.
