Nice find!
Starts to get interesting in the PDF at point 5.1.2. At 5.1.3 phosphor glow of CRTs is mentioned and how to compensate it with itīs own delay mechanism!
But the glasses use 2,4 GHz ZZigBeeIEEE 802.15.4, that I found in the internet . Please correct me if am wrong (or what I found is wrong), but the other glasses use infrared light.
2,4GHZ means high frequency close to your head (or only the emitter sends it, while the glasses receive). I also avoid telephones with this standard
