I finally got a chance to dig into my Marquee again and have a focus problem with the blue. As the Title says, it's defocused at the vertical edges on the tube face. RGB zone focus doesn't appear to do anything across the entire range. Top center, middle, and bottom center are excellent. (I didn't check RGB focus in these areas).

I wanted to post this before everyone headed off to bed (I'll be up for hours yet) so didn't check to make sure the yoke is up against the bell before posting. I'll do that in a couple minutes but I'm almost positive it is. (if we all had a dime for every time we've heard that eh?) CPC is nulled and locked in where it belongs on the neck also. I'll also reseat all the cards while down there.

I also have a vertical bright-er line across all three tubes about 1/3 in from the right side of the screen. I have an MP SuperVim and Mike reassured me he's done the fix for the TB flavor of this issue. If anyone wants to toss in what to look at for that while replying to my original question that would be cool but not necessary. My goal right now is to fix the edge focus problem.

Thanks guys!

Hello

Possibly an issue with the focus board, or your blue focus yoke has problems. Make sure the focus yoke plugs are on the right pins on the focus board, blue in front, middle is green, red is rearmost.

Right as usual! The blue channel of the FCM is bad somewhere. I didn't dig into it; just swapped it out.
I watched Salt after reconverging and it held steady. Now to figure out that damn annoying vertical line. It doesn't extend the full span of the raster meaning it stops short at the top and bottom, but the image at the screen shows it slicing all the way from bottom to top. Curious.
So yeah, good call man! Thanks Thumbs Up

If you have center focus on the blue and no edge focus it most likely is the mosfet for that frequency( one of the three 520's for the Blue Channel). Go into the internal frequency selector and try different frequencies and see if the edge focus's.
