Ok, after the past few years of watching Doctor Who on BBC America in standard definition, whereby D* over-compressed the image to remind viewers of how bad 1970's transmission over the air can be, I picked up DW:S5 on BD recently. I believe it is the only series/season of DW that is presently offered on Blu-ray.
First, its much more enjoyable watching it in high definition and seeing Karen Gillan up on the big screen is a real treat--she's cute.  But someone needs to tell the folks over in Britain that they need to send their make-up artists to school and stop taking lessons from grandma. It reminds me of the first season of Jay Leno with terrible monster-like make-up.
Still, it is a fun title to get if you are a DW fan and have not yet seen it in HD.

We use to get Dr.Who in HD here on CBC OTA. Looked fantastic
