The Amazon.com BD orders I placed on the 7th, 9th, and 13th are all saying they will ship on the 24th to 27th. And these were all in stock BDs sold by Amazon and not their affiliates. Amazon.com just sucks. LOL

Amazon.ca takes 3 business days from order to delivery (and late at that due to weather on DHL)
Amazon.com takes 2-3 WEEKS just to process the order with delivery time being extra

Wan... You've got something weird going on, man.... You're constantly bitching about have trouble with Amazon, yet I order something from Amazon probably once or twice a month, and if it's in stock, it ALWAYS ships the same day I order it or the next day if I order past the cutoff.

Seriously, I've probably placed a dozen or more orders just in the last 6 months... BDs, CDs, PS3 games, camera lenses, computer stuff... I haven't waited more than 2 business days a single time. Seriously, not once. Just last week, I ordered two external WD 2TB hard drives for the office... Ordered them at 2:30 in the afternoon on Monday, and they were there on Wednesday's UPS at noon. Happens like that every single time.

Tom, maybe that is it. Amazon baits folks into Free shipping and then treats them like crap. What bothers me, though, is if I order an item with free shipping I think it defaults to that on checkout. Being the caffeinated clicker I, and the wife, can be, maybe that IS the problem.

I think I'll just start canceling orders, emailing them as to why and hold them to a single order at a time basis to incentize their asses. BTW, the wife and I have placed 26 orders with Amazon.com in the past 13 months.

Edit: I had considered Amazon prime in the past, but of late listening to others bitch on other forums about how that service has severely been impacted in the past few months makes it a less desirable paid-for premium service. I guess the only way to get baseline decent service is to pay the piper when it comes to shipping, but then that almost kills any reason to order from them.

Being patient cannot be achieved with caffeine. Mr. Green

I do not think the affiliate program Kal has setup on this board can be used with Amazon.ca, though.
