Can you find out which of the above shipping from UPS includes the brokerage fees . As it maybe cheaper to pay the overnight rate if brokerage is included. Instead of waiting longer for it to come and paying a higher price in brokerage fees then it would cost if it was shipped quicker.

here is a from UPS http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/shipping/cost/zones/customs_clearance.html

it appers the Overnight to Canada would inlcude brokergae and actually be cheaper for the landed cost.

Also does Lumagen right the retail value for customs or the vlaue of the item to actual make? Seeing it is a NAFTA item if they filled out the customs for the actual replacement cost for them it would be cheaper for us.

Can you email us at lumagen@curtpalme.com with these questions? Thanks! Best to take this private instead of public as it deals with specific ordering questions for you. I'll also be able to track/trace the conversation better.

Hi James/Cx Turbo! Is the Dvdo iScan (vp50?) still up for sale? If so, will appreciate if you can kindly confirm the condition of the unit and if you would pack it for shipping to California. I intend to ship this unit onward to Philippines where I expect to use it. And can I pay by Paypal?
