hi everybody, thanks for read and try to help me,

the past sunday my marquee appears disfocused and the picture its so bad, but the friday works perfectly

well, when im try to use the ELECTRIC FOCUS in the remote dont make nothing with the picture, the only way its move manual to make the adjustements for sharp , this its normal? a some reason or must be see direrence when im move the electrical focus

and the only thing so help a lot to see my picture decently its if i move the "contrast to down"

the super video image its so ugly picture now, and pc trought rgbhv its so gray image,

the only thing so im change was the videocard of my pc, the saturday, but i don`t believe that was the reason to damage my picture of marquee,

and my pjīs its too heavy to move by accident

well im gonna try to move all again(mechanical, convergence, adjustements) im newbie, but before to do all night,

a some tips?

thanks everybody Sad

Is the PJ mounted on the ceiling or the floor?

Most likely the focus board died. I've got spares at $10 plus shipping, but reseat it first, and also reseat the CLM and the boards on the top of the CLM first.

Usually when the focus board dies, only one color is not adjustable, not all three.

The electronic focus for each tube is in the service menu under 'util' on the remote. . Have you tried adjusting it there?

hi mr curt,

yes(utilerias menu services 0901 pass ) and the picture its a litle better but not like the last week,

and the electrical focus never make nothing,

its possible so the rgb boad afect the clm convergence board,

the only thing so change from the last week was the videocard,of my pc,

but the picture of svideo its like a bad copy of the old beta casset player(i like my vhs tapes)

and the dvd its a original 9gb,movie "man on fire"

i remember when im see this movie the picture were amazing like feel the theathers (in supervideo not line double/quad)

and now its like see the low end pj lcd gray, fuzzy

i dont believe so the problems are my eyes(im use lens )

im pickup this pj its june, and the picture was amazing,

the problem its im in the job right and i can make adjustemenst until 7pm(west time)

thanks for follow the post

I would suspect the focus board then. Without swapping boards, you won't know for sure, but that's what it sounds like.
