My friend has a zenith 900 pro x He cant afford alot right now, what would be the cheapest way to
get to 1080i ? A fury 1 ?

Samsung SIR- TS360 HDTV receiver has RGB output. I bought 2 for 20.00 and they work great and will even scale dvd to 1080I.

The samsung has a vga connector just like the video (RGBHV) out on a computer. All you need is a vga to 5 bnc cable to go from the samsung to projector.

If he already have pc that would be cheapest, he can use vga out so no need for hdcp stripper.
