I skipped straight to page three so I apologize if you've already done this or someone else has already recemmended this. If you haven't done so, put a ground strap from the two grounds that run between the convergence and ASTIG boards on the heat sink to a ground screw on the chassis as described in Mike Parker's section. All high pitched sounds went away when I did that on my machine, and the heat sink ran noticably cooler. You can try re-capping, but I honestly didnt notice a difference swapping out the the originals for high quality Nichicons.

I Recaped this board and the buzz is still there!
I noticed that when i tuch the "little" caps around there (i think those yellow ones were very special) the buzz tone changes.
What to do know?
Fill the space around there with glue?

Filled with glue and....
sh**** it is much louder than before!
When i put a metal screwdriver next to the caps, its getting louder. A plastic one has no influence on the noise.
The Picture below is not my VDM chematic, its an Old version of the VDM Board.
On the Picture you can see what caps i mean.
The Noise is nearly as loud as the Fans, and occur on all three yellow cabs.
I cannot find the right servicemanual for my Version (50-2330-02P) , but i think they must be 1u?
I am shure someone can help me out to choose the right substitution cause the seemed specail!
Working on the PJ, i noticed that the filament voltage is not stable. What a day of defeat yesterday.
I think the Filament voltage whent wrong for something about 40 hour, i hope this damaged my tubes not so much.
