How to hide "Frames" fully in XP?

Hi!

Did someone solve this problem?
My last setup have a slight burn in from the start-border (even when its hidden it's about ~2 pixels)

Perhaps there is a Theme for "good CRT-ing"? ...from someone here perhaps i can download some? Cool
