I see some cheap tubes on ebay that look better than mine and I am just curious if they will fit in my XG1100, for the price id be willing to mess around with it.

No, nothing from a BArco will work in an NEC. The P16 designation is confusing, but that eBay tube is one of the sharper tubes that will work in a Barco 808 and in a Marquee with a minor mod. The neck is too thick to work in an NEC..
