Which PJ are you going to use ?
I use a stadart mirror, and it's good for the begining, but if you want perfect HD, you need a front surface mirror.
My mirror is 40x60cm and is a little too short (it's ok, but if I have to start again, I will redo it a little larger)
No idea how it will work with a curved screen and find a mirror that is correctly curved...
Consider also the cooling problem, my 808 is really noiser with 1080p in this position...

Nice mounting job That is really well done.
What about for cooling if you just took the case off and built a hush box around the entire projector that is larger and vented out the sides. The hush box wouldn't even need to be mounted to anything. You could just build a u-shaped box and set it on the floor. Then just pick it up and move it out of the way when you need to work on the projector.
