It took few days and around 60 wheelbarrows to clear cellar to neighbors yard. 
Full bricks was not included those are now cleaned and piled up at my terrace.
Now I have started to brick up four pillars to support new concrete floor.

The PVC piping is for cable runs, or was venting for the cellar?

It's new venting for cellar so I get it dry after winter or when vegetables are carried in at fall. 
Even cellar is made lower and used as a subwoofer enclosure, it still can be used as a potato cellar if needed.
Normally cellar vents would be closed during summer and winter, so temp will be around 5-10 C all the time.
There will be smaller tubing for AC for cellar lights and for subwoofer cables.

No, I meant small tubing for mains (230V AC).

I bricked pillars and brushed stucco to pillars and cellar walls. Started to make concrete mold for subwoofer enclosures top surface (cellar ceiling).

Haven't updated this for while, summer have been quite busy time.
Got mold ready for floor and made molds for subwoofer elements. Then little steel reinforcement and concrete pouring.
Now it need to harden few days under plastic and then I can remove mold under it.

Got mold removed. I was bit worried how element embeddings will come off, but those look good and there shouldn't be any problems with sealing.

Treated element embeddings with polyester resin to prevent concrete chips going to element suspension during installation. It should also prevent moisture from cellar to theater.
Colored polyester with carbon black pigment (from my sauna stove) around elements.
Made element clamps out of stainless steel tube and installed elements for first testing. Subwoofer sounds great and it seem to have enough capability for my smallish theater, even room size is going to be doubled soon. Amp power meter was flickering around 2.2 W with my normal listening level, so no need to worry about bottoming out those drivers.
Room need acoustic treatments as expected from bare concrete floor and 3 brick/concrete walls.
Sound insulation agains rest of the house (bricked wall, no doors) seem to be pretty good, so no extra work in that area.
