I figured it out and i want to thanks everyone at spectracal, especially Joel. I Went through all the devices in my chain and found out that the YUV input for the TV-One clips whites and blacks or is not working as it should. I changed it to Digital RGB and was able to see the radiance's patterns properly.
I used the second output to bypass the Tv0one and go into the second input of my HDMI Card and was able to switch back and forth between the two.
I went through the interactive mode calibration and was getting the same results as when i fist used it. not sure what i had changed and do not remember how the Tv-One input was set. i did do a firmware update which sets everything to default. I must have thought i had it set to YUV input. Unless the new firmware messed up the YUV input. I will have to ask Tv-one support or let them know the YUV input is not working correctly and is clipping whotes and blacks and the adjustment they have for YUV is not working.
So thanks again Joel, your instruction led me down the correct path after i was adamant about what I THOUGHT was wrong.
Also LA gave me advice on how to get the i1 Pro to read better, I set the low light handler to 75% and I can finally read red 75% stimulus
with consistent results.
