I have had this product for 1.5 years or so. What a PITA. I have finally moved on to a competing product also sold on this site. It is so much better. Sorry Moome. When you changed the feature list and removed the ability to force negative sync without telling anyone, that was the first straw. That got resolved eventially. But having to press that reset button everytime the resolution changes was such a pain. I had everyone in the house trained to go push the button when the picture was inverted which happened all the time on my PS3. It was a solvable problem apparently, but I never saw a fix. The competing product has no such problem. To be fair, aside from these issues, the picture quality was good. At the time, it was the only game in town that supported forcing of neg sync. Best of luck on the next generation. My suggestion - do not remove any advertised features ever - once the product is released.

I have to say the new moome cards work flawlessly, and my first generation HDMI Marquee input card worked the same way.

I also Have his MUX-HD and have not had any issues with that as well. Moome has been one reason CRT projection is still alive today, with out his products before any others were around I think CRT would be dead.

Just my own opinion of course.

I don't have a Barco so I don't worry about the neg synch issue - that sounds like a bummer. But, I have used one of the older HDMI Moome cards with the PS3, and it does kind of suck... The damn PS3 changes resolutions and/or re-syncs video CONSTANTLY at the beginning of movies switching from trailer to trailer or whatever. The white flashes in a dark room drove me up the wall. The problem is really the PS3, but then the "competing product" doesn't exhibit the same obnoxious behavior when the PS3 does its obnoxious thing. Seems like there's a little blame to spread around.

You don't have a PS3, do you Athanasios? I'm wondering if the EXT-FULLHD does the same thing the Moome card I have does... If so, it's a non-starter for use with a PS3. The flickering is hideous in a pitch-black room - it about gives me convulsions.

hmmm, I have no idea what anyone in this thread is talking about? Surprised Negative synch sounds like some Barco thing so the OP mut have have been using an external moome box?
AFA flicker from PS3, I have never owned one of those either. My moome internal in my Marquee works flawlessly.
Pete i'm glad you found something that works with your gear though.

Hi Chris! What product? I agree that nothing should be removed if it was previously advertised. Is there something here that is currently sold that does not do as advertised? That should not be.

My EXT-FULLHD v2 flashes on resolution changes
but also switches to its second (unconnected) input then back,
provoking multiple cycles of flashing.
This also happens with DirecTV's HR-20 resolution changes.
I imagine flashing would be much reduced if it were possible
to disable input switching on the EXT-FULLHD v2..
