I have a Sony VPH-D50Q (with EXB-DS10 Extender) and am using the RGB inputs (InputA??) via BNC connectors. It recieves std video (480i) just fine but when I send it 480p, 720i or 1080, it says "Input A - No Signal. Also, when I go to the Set Settings menu in Service Setting mode, it indicates an OSC Pattern (P2) and won't allow me to change it. Am I using incorrect setup settings and if so, what should they be?

You need to bypass that line doubler or use a different input. The Line doubler will only accept a 480i signal
