Will light gun games that work on crt tv's such as duck hunt work on a crt projector?

Provided you don't pass the signal through a scaler or other device that changes the signal timing, and provided you keep the screen size reasonably small so as to get good reflected light output, yes - generally they should work just like a CRT direct-view TV.
