Just wondering if there was someone close to Orchard Park, NY that could help me out. I am in need of a few Ultrasound units for my office and found a doc selling three of them in excellent shape for extremely cheap through Craigslist. He only wants to do a cash deal.

So I was wondering if I could paypal money to a fellow forum member that is willing to pick them up and ship them to me????????

Hypothetically speaking, if the one looking for the eagle (which I'm not) was to respond with further instructions(and I don't know what those are), would it sound something like this?
