$1.465M for a plastic toy from 1985 !!? Whatever that guy's smoking, I want some!!

If it was an original from the early 1900's, then *MAYBE*. But that guy is delusional if he thinks that thing is worth a mil and a half!

Ah huh... Confused

I have a vintage 2004 Charmin bear who sits on my bath towels. I wonder how much that will fetch on today's market. Like new condition, no fading or discoloration LOL.

There is no way this is a real listing.

I bet if you guys were billionaires you would gladly pay 1.4 million for a plastic dog with green ears, or maybe not? I have seen some of those really big promotional figures from the 50's, 60's, 70's like the Michellin man, Bob's big boy, Alka seltzer Speedy, etc. apparaise for thousands of dollars though

Right, thousands for 40+ year old figures is realistic. $1.4 million for a 25 year old one is not. I don't care if it's the last one on earth. It just isn't old enough to be worth more than a few hundred, maybe a thousand dollars. 25 years isn't even an antique.

Gary, you realize this isn't a "plastic toy", right? It's "life-size" at over 3 feet tall!

Regardless, it isn't worth a million by any stretch. To the right person, I'd imagine it could be worth thousands... And maybe if the owner sits on it for a few more decades, and there was only ever a couple in the world, and RCA is no more, THEN it might be worth some big bucks. But, it probably still won't be worth anywhere near a million dollars, unless of course a million dollars is the equivalent of what is $10,000 now! Wink

IF it's worth that at 25 years old, what am I worth at 46? Smile
