I cannot get the tilt right on the right side of my screen. The left side is alright, but the right will not allow me to adjust it far enough so that it is vertical. The setting goes from 0-100, and i have it all the way to 0 but it looks like it needs to go to -50 or so... i have no freaking idea what I did wrong.

Sorry about the iphone pictures, the right side is much more slanted in real life.

Does the line move when changing the setting?

What is the setting on the center line? 0-100? Both vert and horz.

Yes, the line moves, but i need to move it towards the '0' end to get it verticle... and i run out of real estate.

I can check the center line at lunch, they both should be pretty close to 50.

Is there a way to reset the entire Convergence and geometry to default so we can see if the defection yokes are all level. If they are not level you might run out of adjustment room. Put up all the colors grids when everything is set to factory defaults so we can see if they are level.

Not familiar with the Dwins but with a marquee you go into green convergence and hit 0 .

I would simply tilt the yokes in the set a bit to compensate so that both H and V centerlines are perfectly level. I agree, the DWINs sometimes don't have a lot of tilt adjustment, seems to somewhat depend on the set itself.

I think i am going to have to take off the lenses, the rasters are all a bit different on the tube faces and it's freaking impossible to try and adjust them with the lenses on.

Hopefully this will get things pointed in a better direction.

Do it while looking at the screen. Reset everything to default and look on the screen to see if each colors grid is level. If not then you need to level that colors grid mechanically. Tim Martins site for the Marquee explains it well and can be used for any other PJ i bet as they all work the same way.

Obviously nulling everything the way it says to on the site will be different than how the Dwin would be set to factory defaults.
