The G70's Dont need Any Mod's there pretty good as is 
There was A guy over here in Auz that Did Bandwidth mod's on G70's Some Rod Guy but I could never get hold of him..
Does'nt Greg Eisemann Mod the G90's ?..
From What Iv seen when looking at the B/BA board Schematics the G70,
share's A lot of the same components on the Vim boards as the G90 but neck boards are also A big part of it and Assume much different..
Some of the upgrades being done for G90's could perhaps be carried accross from G90's to 70's  ..
