but the stranger for me its so the image its ok but the menu from remote control its inverted(like write ineverted)
i think its because are in rear proyector screen mode, maybe i need to turn to front proyector mode,
but the only problem its the menu, (like read or write in reversed mode)

its posible to fix this without mode inside, only with remote or a some button,

Are you sure the image is correct? Never heard of only the menu being reversed.

Oh and you need to get comfortable putting your hand inside the projector if you want to get it anywhere near it's potential.

I think you need to open it up and check the orientations of the connections. Sounds like it's not fully set for ceiling or fully set for table mount. There should be diagram on the lead shield that tells you how to change the connections for the mount you are using (table or ceiling). If not, check out the manual on Curt's site. It shows you what to do. If that's not the issue, you may have a CLM issue, but not sure until you swap boards.

There are 6 connectors that need to be oriented to properly set the pj for table or ceiling mount configuration. Don't worry if you are a newbie or not good with electronics. Just follow the diagram and unplug and replug. So easy, even a caveman can do it! Laughing

Another common quirk with the Marquee.
If you wish for it to be correct while viewing, you have to stand on your head and look at it through a mirror. Mr. Green

try reseating the hdm firmly with 2 hands then check the connections (pull out and put back).
are all 3 tubes connected on the vdm and hdm.

check the connections you made to the vertical board. If you didn't put the connectors on correctly, it will give you a v fail error and not allow the HVPS to activate. Why did you need to pull the HDM?

Some HDM don't come with cables but have plugs directly on it.

It is possible one of the Vertical scan cables came slightly loose which would prevent startup and show the V-fail error.
