Hello everyone,
I was watching my pj Saturday night , no problems. Sunday, I can no longer get any image out of it other than internal menus, etc. Tried different scan converter, no change. Tried different cable(s), no change.
Any ideas if the RGB input module has failed? Curt used to have a lot of boards for the ECP's including input modules for video and s-video which I would like to try if its the RGB.
Also, does anyone know off hand if any boards in the ECP 3100, ECP 4000 & ECP 4100 are interchangeable? Just got a lead on a ECP 4100 with worn (about a 5) green tube and good red & blue tubes. Guy also will throw in a ECP 4000 (no tubes) chassis with good guts, all for $80.00. It's located some 150 miles from me but might be worth the trip.
Any suggestions?

Failure of the RGB Input boards is really rare, a lack of signal problem is usually the source or the cable. Having said that, I do have working RGB boards at $10 plus shipping.
Some boards are swappable between the various ECPs. RGB board, V board, convergence board, LVPS and some HVPS. Other boards might also be swappable depending on the revisions of the boards.

do you still have any of the other input cards (S-video, component) for ECP's?
I'm not sure what's in the 2 ECP's i'm picking up tomorrow but want to know if you still have any. Let me know.
Thanks again

Curt,
Are they also $10.00 each? What type connector(s) on the video input card? Would you have a pic of them?
Dave
