Hey guys,
My co-worker recently offered me a DVDO iScan HD that he had laying around from his old Zenith CRT. I was wondering how good this unit is and if I'm wasting my time. How well will it work with my Sony 1270? Will the preset resolution outputs be a good match for the 1270? My goal is to get the best picture possible from the pj without breaking the bank. All I really want is 1080i from the blu ray player, to upscale standard DVD's, and make my old nintendo consoles look good. What do you guys think? Go for it?

I had the HD+ and loved it. It was paired with a D50 then a G70. I really liked being able to output everything 16:9. I say if it's free to 50.00 take it. You'll be glad, if you like to play with new equipment that is.

Ok sounds good. He's actually asking $100 for and telling me he paid the full $1400 for it back when it was new. I'll try and see if he'll take $50 for it.
By the way I can get away with using just the HDFuryI with this unit right?
