You have to use the memory block that matches the input frequency that you are using. Each memory block must be converged and aligned for the input that matches it.
I'm not going to tell you to read the manual again, you are either too lazy or you can't read. This hobby might be too much for you. Sorry, I'm done.

i don get it i tryed each block i evan used the text key to adjust it and it still looks like a wavey pos i give up tonight

That's a fine picture you got there.
Any of the Barco guys know if there's a sync that you can set like the other projectors. This looks like the sync maybe set wrong.

Tom, 1024x768 is negative sync by default on most PC's

That's my understanding from all the ping pong'ing. What else put's out 1024x768?
