Is it just edge focus on red, or is is unfocused across the screen? Just wondering if at this point it's not your setup, but your neck board, like a leaky cap? Maybe worth swapping red with another neck board to see of the problem transfers to the other color with the neck board, or stays on red.

thanks for the tips, no its just in the corners and i can get it sharp in one corner by focusing but not overall at the same time. when i tried to do the sheimplug on the red i seemed to skrewed so hard(screwed so hard hehe) so that the lens didnt move/was not able to move, it got stock... hope i didnt destroyed anything... its no longer stock because i moved the plugs outwards..
shoud i reset astig on red before i do the sheimflugs?
thanks for your interest in the matter

i moved the screen so it matches the pj and it improved the focus on green+blue.. just the red corners thats still bad... the sheimflugs doesnt seem to do any difference and if, not to the better...

one way to check if your scheimflug is ok is to get a white piece of card board and go up to the screen with
the convergence patter up. now go to each corner and put the white card board up tot he screen and them move it closer to the projector and towards the PJ also if you can move the screen back some by pushing on it at that corner and see if the focus improves. if yes to either of those you need to adjust scheimflug and or the outer focus ring of the red lens.

well ive tried to move the screen but it doesnt seem to improve. the sharp part is still sharper than the unfocused parts even when turning the screen in opposite direction(it hangs from the celing). the sheimflugs seem to be out of their function or locked in some way, like something is stock. it looks sharp inside the tube. the screwes on the red doesnt go all the way in as they do on the green and blue. and when turning them hard the lens center focus get stock and cant be moved. the changes when adjusting the flugs is so small so it doesnt help mutch. the other colors are charp all over...

so is it possible that something have been destroyed if ive turned the flugs to hard? and if that is so, can it be fixed? or if something broke when the lens toe in was done?
