I know that what I'm about to ask is not projector related. But it is electronics, so I figured this would be the best place to get the most traffic.
I have a car amp, a Soundstream USA:305. It died on me years ago. I just got around to trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I found that 4 Fairchild NDP7050's shorted out.
I've looked around and keep finding them for $7-8 dollars a piece. I am hoping to get these cheaper than that though. I've priced them out at Digi-Key, and Mouser.
I am hoping someone else has a few other places to suggest.

I really need to understand these things more. I am good at tracking down the problem, but when it comes to modifying I need to understand what the parts are and why they are there.
I have a second USA 305 on its way, so whatever I do to this one I will need to do to the other one as well. Plus I will have a baseline to go off of.
