Thankfully I don't have any firsthand experience taking a leak on the fence, though I have tripped and fallen over my share of the fences in the dark... It does give you a good jolt.
But both of my youunger brothers felt the need to test the myth, and after hearing them scream out, and slowly come walking back to the house holding their boys I have no doubt that it is possible.
But if you don't believe me you're welcome to try it yourself.
