This is a movie I'm completely unfamiliar with. Anyone see it? Comments?
Rotten Tomatoes gives it a score of 90% so it's caught my interest!

i saw it and liked it. now a lot of it rang true, being laid off after 10 years in the same company, but there is a lot more movie there than just that.

Just watched it myself...I can really relate to some of the folks in the movie. I was with a large company that downsized in 2003 and got the axe after 19 years. Now I'm with a much smaller employer, other then the money I like what I'm doing now much more.

Exactly what did you guys do when you got the boot from your original employers?

I already had a part time consulting business and I was given a six months severance package which allowed me time to grow the business to the point I could support myself. I made enough money until I turned 50, three years ago then seen my health insurance cost triple, at that point it made more sense to find a job. I never collected a dime of unemployment...Something I am kind of proud of.
