Get a four inch thick blanket of medium durometer foam rubber and a pallet with a solid 1/2" plywood top surface. Place the foam rubber
over the pallet and the PJ on the foam rubber. Fold up any excess foam rubber over the projector, tape it in place, and build a box around
the pallet, close to the projector, of 1/2" high quality plywood.
The pallet should ideally be sized exactly right for the projector with packing.
Seal up the seams with some silicone caulk for some moisture resistance, slap labels on it, and contact your freight forwarder.
