i have to get other paper for the exposure when i expose say 10 or 15 seconds too long all small traces are gone.
the transparancies, even 2 on top do not block uv light enough.

Sometimes, when you are working with prototypes, it makes alot of sense to stuff only one channel and test.

wise advice, should have thought about that but i am over excited Smile.
everything is almost on the board.
spent 15 minutes looking for a 10ohm resistor just to find out it wasnt in stock and it would be delivered later.
this delivery was 4 weeks ago and i still dont have the resistor.
for now i will settle with 2*20ohm.

everything on the board accept the ad834s and the smb sockets.



not using the beads yet instead of the 4.7ohm but i do have them.

decoupling= 1nf-10nf-100nf-1uf-6.8uf-tant all cogs.

Can i see the inside diameter, the Jack is about 1/8 diameter.

im afraid that is too small.
are you sure that is an smb.
the inside diameter is 5 to 6mm.

yours is 3.75mm

From the drawing and what i see here it look like the diameter of the teflon insert is 2.08 mm, so the round teflon cylinder inside your plug
must be 2.08 mm.
