That is interesting guys and I doubt there is the same thing wrong with multiple projects so I must be remembering wrong on the G70. I will tell you for fact that on a G90, when you turn ABG off NOTHING happens. When you turn ABG on, the G2's change and this changes everything... but NOT when you turn ABG off.

My experience mirrors this, G70's behave more like D50's than they do G90's with respect to the image with ABG on or off...the G90 I have access to is virtually indistinguishable whether ABG is on or off...

From the G70 Installation Manual, pg.52: "Note: When ABG MODE is set to OFF, the black level of the white balance may change."

So what you're seeing, Ben, is a normally operating projector, just like the D50's I've had...
