No, kidding, I'm not your guy, but I'm sure there are others that will do it.

Are you not up on Dwin or you just don't want to go up there? Since you are the anti-Gary Murrell, I would figure a 1300 mile trip would be peanuts for you. Smile Of all the great things I have heard about Alaska, I would love to make that drive. Of course, it would have to be in July and even that would be touch and go as far as the temperature. Very Happy

Hell, I'd do it... I'd love to do a little snowmobiling, even if just for a day or two. The airline tickets are just stupid from here, though.

I'd love to do the drive... in the SUMMER!

I've been to Kitimat last year, it was great.

I stand corrected. 2300 miles each way. It's not that close. Hell, driving to Cliffy's place is closer by 600 miles.

Not with a colorimeter, but as for setup and geometry, I do know my way around the set.
Frankly, with the expense and distance involved, I really would upgrade to an 8 or 9" set first before spending the money to bring someone up.

Checking Expedia, it's $1000 round trip for the flight alone from Seatac.

What does Adrian have? An 8500? Did you go see his unit and compare the image to the DWIN?
