I bought this recently for a few dollars more I think? But it is hands down better than the older version Blu-ray. Better transfer and it has the special edition stuff that the extreme DVD had too.
Just watch out for Skynet trying to jack up your internet link. If you have it setup that way. Even if you don't and Skynet detects your player could connect ... it can be , well annoying. But great Blu-ray, pic and sound are really good.
