I recently acquired a Runco DTV-943 projector. I currently use a NEC XG75 but wanted a spare. I like that the Runco has component video input, but it doesn't seem to scan properly when I connect a source to it. It shows a double image at 480p, and won't sync at 720p. Is it not compatable with higher resolution inputs, or is something wrong with it? The menu and test patterns all show fine. Thanks

I think it should work as high as 480p, if I remember correctly. And I think you have to select it under the correct port as well...

It should work fine at all resolutions. I've run 1080i HD through it lots of times and it works fine. Select component under input 5 or 6 I think, or just go into the source select menu that Runco made for that set (actually a Barco Cine 7), and select it there. It SHOULD work...
