How to pull LVPS? Tutorial?

I need to pull the LVPS on my Runco 980 IDTV. I could have sworn that I saw a tutorial with pics on this site awhile back but I can't find it now. Can anybody point me in the right direction. Also should I be able to do it with the projector still hanging?

Look at the pix in the tech tips section for the NEC PG serie on the main website.. THe pix are there. Yes, you can do it with the set on the ceiling.
